About me:
Reid William Kirchhoff (a.k.a. Reid William Kirchhoff):
I was born and raised in rural Missouri. Though my childhood
was happy and filled with trans fats, I chose to escape the buffet-feeding frenzy known as
the Midwest to follow my dreams of making people laugh.
Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Performance from
Northwest Missouri State University, I have engaged myself in all aspects of live performance.
Previously a comedic musical theatre performer, I now write, produce and star in a variety of one-man shows
including "Reid This: Oh Snap, A One-Man Show," "Reid This: Reid, White and Blue!" and
"Reid This: Unplugged and Unserious." My directing credits include an original one-act drama,
"Lives on Hiatus" (Northwest Missouri State) and a children's theatre production, "The Imagination Station,"
which I also wrote. “Imagination Station” toured the Midwest and was also performed at the Schoolhouse Theater (Sanibel, FL).
My main focus is now creating original musical and comedic works both
for myself and for others (psst, I want to write funny stuff for your show too!). Check back
often to see what I'm up to next! Until then, enjoy the clips from some of my many performances!
